Why we gather
Teen Connection & Spiritual Growth
We believe teenagers are both the future of the church and part of the church now. So while we love to have fun together, the primary purpose of the Riverwood Youth Group is to help teens in Grades 7-12 understand the truths of the gospel so they can be leaders today and tomorrow.
This means our Youth Group isn’t about just becoming “Bible smart” or just being a fun place to hangout. Rather, through Scripture-based discussions, our aim is to help teens discover what it looks like to follow Jesus in their everyday lives. This naturally leads to discussions that are high on application.

Grades 7–12
Any and all teens are welcome, whether they are part of the Riverwood family already or not, as well as whether they have any religious or spiritual background at all.
When
Wednesdays, 7:00 – 8:30 pm
We meet every Wednesday night at the Riverwood building. Oh, and we usually have food.
Where
The Riverwood building
