Join us Sunday… Outside!

Hope you are having a FANTASTIC week after such a fantastic Sunday worship gathering last week. What a day that was! Maybe it was just in my heart, but I really felt like God was moving, touching hearts and minds through the music, the message, and His presence. (If you missed it, unfortunately, we had technical difficulties with our recording, so you can’t go and hear the message.)
The good news is we get to do it again this Sunday! Jeff and I have already planned Sunday’s service, and we are both really excited about how things are coming together.
However….
Head to Kohlmann Park
Instead of meeting in the Civic Center, this Sunday we want to celebrate the Memorial Day weekend with a special outdoor Worship Gathering at the Ribcage (the Kohlmann Park Amphitheater). Start time is still 10:00 am.
But don’t just show up! Bring a few things with you:
- Lawn chairs for each member of your family. (Or a blanket if you’d rather sit on the ground.)
- A side dish and/or dessert to share at the potluck to immediately follow the morning’s Worship Gathering.
- A friend
- And a heart ready to worship and learn
Riverwood will be providing:
- Fried chicken
- Table service
- Water & Lemonade
- And love. 😉
I’m REALLY looking forward to worshipping Jesus with you as we look at the Lord’s Prayer together. Be praying for great weather, and for God to prepare your heart for what He wants to say to you this Sunday.
