While Christ’s death is a crucial piece, the resurrection is the lynchpin of our Faith.
The people at the time were confused about Christ’s death. He was supposed to be their king but, instead, He was dead. In verse 25, he starts to explain how they should have known what was going to happen all along.
Through the crucifixion, Christ defeated sin. Through the resurrection, He defeated death.
