Colossians 3:12-17
What you wear affects perception. This is true of your physical clothing as well as your spiritual clothing.
God calls us to put on compassionate hearts, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience. We are first to put on the Gospel (Christ) and then put these characteristics on top. Finally, above all those, we are to put on love - which binds everything together in perfect harmony.
These spiritual clothings should not just be the identity of us as individuals, but it should also be the church’s identity overall.
